Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives across digital, social media, email, web, print, retail, and event channels. This position creates and coordinates marketing content and materials, maintains digital platforms and assets, supports product launches and promotional campaigns, and ensures consistency with established brand standards. The role works collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other departments to support company marketing objectives and communications with retailers and customers, while developing knowledge of PDC Spas products, manufacturing processes, industry trends, and the wellness market.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, print, and other channels.
• Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Support photography, short-form videos, reels, and digital content showcasing products, manufacturing processes, events, and company culture.
• Design marketing graphics and promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Contribute to email marketing campaigns, retailer newsletters, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Update website content including landing pages, product information, imagery, and digital assets.
• Develop and maintain retailer marketing resources like brochures, sell sheets, and digital assets. Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns. Assist with marketing efforts for the factory showroom and coordinate materials for trade shows and events.
• Organize digital assets including photos, videos, graphics, and brand materials.
• Monitor social media engagement to ensure an active online presence. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, content ideas, and new opportunities for brand growth.
• Provide additional support for marketing and sales projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Digital Media or related field preferred.
• Previous marketing experience is advantageous but not required; strong relevant skills or coursework are also considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in creating content for social media and digital platforms.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus.
• Basic photography and video editing skills are desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments.
• Eagerness to learn about PDC Spas products, industry trends, customers, retailers, and the wellness industry.

Responsibilities

The Production Worker is responsible for assisting in the manufacture of premium hot tubs and swim spas by following work instructions, using hand tools, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires the ability to work effectively as part of a team, follow directions, and contribute to a safe and productive manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Must be willing and able to stand/walk up to 10 hours/day, lift 25 lbs. and perform to established standards of safety, quality, productivity and attendance. Candidates must be willing to submit to drug testing.
